Have you seen that program "Donna Diamond's Return to Toxicity" on TBS? Neither have we, but damned if it shouldn't exist, because after 18 years, this incredible book illustrator has come back to the dark side of printmaking. And she's no stranger to issues of mortality and melancholy, as evidenced by over 1000 book jackets (including titles by Ray Bradbury and E.L. Doctorow!) and 50 children's books. Indeed, The Artist With The Best Name Ever has a resume to back it up, and skills that make you wonder if she made a deal with the devil.
